Honest by design.
Billdial is useful only if you can trust it. These are the rules the product follows, enforced in code where possible, not just promised here.
Estimates, not guarantees
- Every saving is an estimate based on the bill in front of us and the assumptions written next to it.
- We never claim a refund is guaranteed. Providers decide whether to waive a fee, restore a promo, or switch a plan.
- Every estimate shows its arithmetic and the lines it used, with a confidence level. High confidence only when the bill itself proves it.
No invented prices
- Billdial never invents a cheaper plan it cannot point to.
- Alternatives are cited only when they are printed on your bill or when you paste a competitor offer.
- Otherwise we write it as a question: ask your provider about a plan sized to your usage, without a number attached.
We never touch your accounts
- No provider passwords, no logins, no screen scraping.
- We never contact a provider on your behalf, never cancel, never switch, never negotiate as you.
- You make every call, with the words ready.
Your data stays yours
- Account numbers are masked to the last four digits on ingest and never sent back in full.
- Audits are encrypted at rest. The bill file itself is not stored.
- Never used to train models. Export everything or delete it for real, anytime.
