These terms govern your use of billdial.org and the Billdial app, provided by Billdial Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation. By creating an account or using the demo you agree to them.
What Billdial is
Billdial reads bills you upload and produces audits: line-by-line verdicts, estimated savings with reasoning, and suggested scripts, emails, and questions. Billdial does not log into your provider accounts, does not contact providers on your behalf, and does not make changes to any account.
Estimates, not guarantees
Savings figures are estimates based on the bill and stated assumptions. Outcomes depend on your provider. We do not guarantee any refund, credit, price change, or result. Billdial is not financial, legal, tax, or insurance advice.
Your account
Keep your password safe and give accurate information. Only upload bills you are entitled to manage. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Plans and billing
Free includes two bill audits per calendar month. Home ($5 a month or $48 a year) and Household ($9 a month or $86 a year) are billed in US dollars in advance through Stripe and renew until canceled. Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break security, overload the demo, scrape, reverse engineer limits, or upload content you have no right to share.
Your content
You own your bills and audits. You grant us the limited permission needed to process them to provide the service. We never use them to train models.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. You may stop using Billdial and delete your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Venue lies in Maricopa County, Arizona.
