Here is exactly what Billdial keeps, what it never keeps, and the two buttons that remove it.

What we keep

  • Your name, email, and a bcrypt hash of your password
  • Each bill's audit: line items, verdicts, findings, scripts, and the masked account number (sealed with AES-256-GCM)
  • Tracking fields in the clear: category, provider name, month, total, savings figures
  • Your outcomes: Mark as done and amounts saved
  • Jump alerts, homes, and the emails you share with

What we never keep

  • The bill file itself, PDF or photo
  • A full account, card, or policy number
  • Provider passwords or logins of any kind
  • Anything from the homepage demo
  • Training data for any model

Export

Settings, Download my data. One JSON file with every audit, finding, outcome, alert, and home, decrypted for you, account numbers still masked.

Delete all bills

Settings, Delete all bills. Removes every bill, audit, alert, home, and share from the database immediately. Your account stays.

Delete my account

Settings, Delete my account. Cancels any subscription, deletes everything above plus your account and sessions, and signs you out. Database backups roll off within 30 days.
